Refund & Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn and unused
in original condition with tags
in original packaging
accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns Process

To start a return, contact us at support@alaricwear.com
 with your order number.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

sale items
gift cards
European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
